We celebrated alongside the National Domestic Workers Alliance, We Dream In Black - National Domestic Workers Alliance, the families photographed, the incredible photographer Braylen Dion, and all who made the beautiful the night and powerful project possible 💜

The holiday season is here! It's a time when many of us are looking for ways to show appreciation and gratitude.

If you privately employ a nanny, housecleaner, or home attendant now is the time to give a year end bonus, to show appreciation for their dedicated work throughout the year. An average bonus is usually one to two weeks' pay, although you can choose to give more.

The end of the year is also an opportunity to provide a Cost of Living Adjustment Raise (COLA) raise. This year, alongside our partners at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, we are recommending a 3-5% raise to account for inflation and the rising cost of necessities like food, gas and other essentials. If you did not provide a COLA raise last year, we suggest you provide 5% or more.
