Seattle: Have you ever wondered who is and who isn't considered a domestic worker?

Any employees in private homes who are nannies, house cleaners, homecare workers, gardeners, cooks, or household managers ARE considered domestic workers. This includes employees and independent contractors.

Important Note! Caregivers who are paid with public funds, including Apple Health/Medicare funds, are not covered under the DWO! Reach out to us if you need caregiver support!
