We know that many in our community are feeling anxious and fearful in anticipation of what the incoming administration will bring. Many of us are thinking about how we can show up to support domestic workers targeted by policies like mass deportations and cutting back care infrastructure that our communities rely on.

As people who employ domestic workers, now is a time to show solidarity, educate ourselves on immigrant rights, offer support, and build connections.

Our latest guide: “How Employers Can Support Immigrant Domestic Workers,” is intended to help employers think through how they can best provide support to immigrant domestic workers and their communities.
