It's always a good day to be reminded of how essential it is to build Paid Time Off (PTO) into your arrangement, or even better – work agreement, with the nanny you employ! This will ensure that they take care of themselves, are rested and healthy, and therefore able to do their best job in taking care of your child(ren) — which is pretty important work!
