We all deserve the right to live and age with dignity in our homes and communities. ALL of us. No exceptions.

Last week, a federal judge eliminated the community integration mandate, which requires states to provide supports like subsidized homecare to people with disabilities. We condemn this ruling and the laws that target people with disabilities and those who provide care.
