Together with our partners at CA Domestic Workers Coalition, we're urging Governor Gavin Newsom to sign the four priority bills that have passed the California Legislature and are still awaiting his signature: AB 2495, AB 2599, SB 873, and SB 1105.

Unfortunately, yesterday the governor vetoed AB 1542, but the fight isn't over for the rest. These bills keep ICE out of courthouses, strengthen protections against immigration-based retaliation from employers, and increase corporate transparency for corporations with historical ties to slavery.
